SCOTT ADAMS Scott Adams is an American cartoonist, author, and creator of the Dilbert comic strip. He was born on June 8, 1957, in Windham, New York. Adams graduated from Hartwick College with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and later earned an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. Adams worked as a bank teller, computer programmer, and budget analyst before starting his cartooning career.
